Contact us

Email [email protected] — for bug reports, feature requests, licensing questions (Fleet), or anything else. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

What to include

For bug reports, the fastest path to a fix is:

  • What you did and what happened — including the exact error text. Error dialogs have a Copy Details button that captures everything, including the server's response.
  • The debug log — open Logs in the sidebar and press Copy. It contains request metadata only, never tokens or build output.
  • Versions — your macOS version, BuildCaptain version, and Jenkins version if you know it.

Check Troubleshooting connections first for the common cases.

Refunds and billing

Purchases run through the Mac App Store, so billing and refunds are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves.

Feature requests

Tell us what's missing and the workflow behind it — the "why" shapes the feature more than the "what". For the CLI specifically, issues are also welcome on GitHub.
