Stage results and logs for agents — the CLI and MCP tools now list a build's stages with their own status, and a new buildcaptain logs command (get_run_logs over MCP) prints the console output of the whole build or of one stage, so an agent can read why a stage failed. Needs the CLI 26.9.1 or newer: brew upgrade buildcaptain.

Branches and tags — tags now appear in a separate, collapsed section with a count and tag icons. Click the Tags heading to expand or collapse it. Pinned items stay in Pinned.
Scrolling and spacing — improved sidebar scrolling and fixed the graph capturing mouse-wheel events over the sidebar or stage logs. The Tags heading has clearer spacing and stays in place when expanded.
